I saw a very old movie last night, Pollyanna. Do you remember it? Pollyanna always played the "glad game" and tried to find good in every situation.
Believe it or not, that movie affected my life when I was younger. I always tried to look on the bright side of every situation and as a result, I have always been a very happy person.
I think, in this economic crisis, it is time for all of us to take a minute out every day and play the "glad game" Count your blessings!!

I count my blessings often and realize that life is not about money. However, it is frightening when one realizes that their best laid plans can get way-laid by things far beyond their control.

But here's the thing, while there is a lot of good reasons to be concerned with this economy, I think people are also missing the strength that's hidden in there, admist all the chaos.
But again, that's just me being what I believe is the realist that I am. There's strength in the market, and there is also weakeness. The important thing to me is to keep both within perspective.
