Electric bill under budget

I paid my electric bill today. It was $35 under budget, so I get to add that money to my $20 challenge.

    I paid my electric bill today and was sighing relief that it wasn't hot and the air had been off long enough.
    I also paid my gas bill today and was amazed by the offer they gave that my budget bill could be $120. The regular bill wasn't even $80. Why would I want to pay extra already, before it gets cold?
