Cool mornings!!

I love these cool mornings. It is still in the 60's now at 10:30 am. That means no air conditioning and no heat running.

It is so hard to keep the tv on these days. There is nothing but bad news on. I am scared to death about this big government bail out and what is going to happen. Plus, my dh is running out of work.
Now, we are having trouble finding gas. We could not find premium for the yellow vette last night.
Well, let's take a deep breath and try to look on the positive side on life. Yesterday I won 3 games of Mah jong, the stock market went up and I had a no use gasoline day. That is $6 I can add to my challenge money. ($2 for no use gas)

    I agree with you about the TV, although this week was better with all the good shows coming back on (The Office & Lipstick Jungle, oh yes).

    Plus we don't have cable so we only get two channels... and right now it's all soap operas! Blah!

    We're having cool mornings here too, our air hasn't been on all day since it's still cool outside. I love Fall. Smile

    I am loving the cooler weather too. I took my dog for a 45-minute walk this morning instead of his usual 25-minutes ... I'm glad that I'm between work assignments right now, so I can get out and enjoy the lovely weather. Fall is my favorite too.

    Well, you have saved a significant amount of money to live on in lean times, so you will be fine.

    It's hard seeing our mutual funds tanking, but panicking now and pulling money out, will mean huge losses in the long run, so I guess we will stick it out.

    I know- it is all a little depressing- my stepdad ( well almost- they have owned a home together for years) has his retirement in AIG. Therefore, I have been listening to the news. Mom called them, and they said it was insured. The whole economy has been slow- funny thing is some of my friends aren't slowing down- getting that plastic out... I keep telling them that they will be sorry.
