cashing in the change

December 1st, 2007 at 01:54 pm

I took my change for the month to the bank yesterday, so I have that cash to add to the $20 challenge. I am surprised that I have managed to save this much money this year.
Prev. total $25,718.00
today 32.00
new total $25,750.00

Julie: Do you keep this money in a totally seperate account or do you just keep track somewhere by writing it down? Very Impressive.

I've wondered the same thing. The money that I use for my challenge savings has it's own account and most of it is in a separate account.

Well, I put it in my money market account, but it has it's own separate subheading. I also keep track of it on paper.
