Well I added this week's "Ridge" money to the challenge money and I have gone over $10,000 for the year!!
Prev. total $9927.00
today 165.00
new total $10,092.00

    scfr, I bought a piece of property two years ago for $77,000. The property is in a subdivision called "The Ridge at owltown". I was making payments of $165 a week, ($660 a month)on the Ridge property.
    In January, when we sold our spec house, I paid off the balance of what I owed.
    Now, I still set aside $165 a week, but I add it to my challenge money.

    Hi, read the blog and the comments. Great job, congrats. Keep up the good work. Ever though of recording all that and be able to keep track of its growth? Recommend that you try the Parcus software. It has a budgeting program which you can record your personal finance and a program which helps you valuate the return value of property that you have. Might come in hand for you.
