Doesn't take much!!

It doesn't take much to keep me happy. I did my little bit of grocery shopping yesterday, but the one thing I did not get was eggs. My dh eats an egg everyday and I have started to do that also.
the only eggs he likes are the large brown eggs at Bi Lo.
So, I headed there today. I decided to buy some of the cheap eggs, on sale, for me.
I also needed Hood chocolate milk drink and it was on sale, almost $1 cheaper than my regular store.
We didn't need this, but they had frozen apple pies (Mrs. Smith's) on sale, so I picked one up for someday!
I saved $2 on my purchases so I will add that to my challenge money.

    I also love eggs. There are a million and one ways to fix them and they're great protein and good for your eyes.

    I usually hard boil my eggs too and I love cheese omeletes.

    I try to have an omelet at least once a week if not more. I like mine with cheese and ham if I have it.
