Boy, I am really getting bad!

We have those little divided things, that we put our pills in; you know, one for each day of the week.
My husband takes prilosec and it comes in a "bubble pack"
His pills container has to be refilled on sunday after he takes his sunday pills.
I noticed him refilling it last night. But there was already pills in there for today.
When I looked, I realized that he had put in 6 pills in the container. Where was the 7th? They come 7 to a pack.
I looked in the garbage and sure enough, the 7th pill was still in the pack.

So I saved 71 cents!! He will probably think I am crazy or maybe I just shouldn't even tell him??

    Believe it or not but you should count your pills from the pharmacy as well. I have been short as many as 10 pills. Don't quite know how that happens but it adds up.

    Also, we have self check out machines in our grocery store. I have been shorted the change from the machine. Make sure that you count out your change while you are there. Let the people wait like we have to wait for them.

    The self check out didn't register a quarter I put into the coin slot at Smith's and the coin return was jammed. When I brought it to the attention of the manager, she said "It does that sometimes."
    "Well, NOT this time", said I "I want my quarter back and knowing the equipment isn't working, you should close the register."
    Who knows, maybe they divvy up the change at the end of the day.
    Heck of a retirement plan!

    I have been shorted at the pharmacy also, and I do usually count them. I do check my change at the self check too.
