Time to sing

Well, it is the last day of November, so it is time to change the message on my answering machine.
I am not a singer of any means, but i think it is funny to sing a christmas tune on my answering machine.
My favorite (I change it weekly) is"Grandma got run over by a reindeer, so she can't come to the phone just right now,
Leave your name and number and we'll call you,
Have a very merry christmas anyhow!"

My dh hates it since he is the one that calls home the most. I think it is a lot of fun!!

    I vote with your husband. I hate that song. I took months to get my husband to change his voicemail at work. It was so long, you were frustrated by the time youl got to leave a message.
    I'm sure a lot of people find your messages humorous though. And goodness knows, we can all use a little more humor

    That's a very good idea, 'refreshing' the message on your phone machine. I've never changed mine and it's pretty ho-hum. Maybe i'll get creative and get some holiday music playing and then do a voiceover.

    Cute. One of the funniest answering messages I've heard was someone saying, "Hello?" (pretending to answer the phone)
