$8232

November 7th, 2006 at 04:00 pm

$8232.00. I just got out my social security sheet that you receive a few months before your birthday.
That was my highest paid year and it was in 1989!
They year I got married was the first year that I worked full time. I earned $2710 in 1965.
I guess no matter how little you make, you can always save a little of it.
What is really amazing is that I have saved over $18,000 in my $20 challenge just this year.
That is double and more of my highest paying year!! Not bad!!

For a $20 challenge, that's an insanely high total!

Um, need someone to count that for you? Big Grin

You are doing so well on that challenge. I think you are a great example of how, even when someone is financially secure, it still pays to be careful with the small stuff...and how when you do, it adds up quickly!!

Thanks for being an example att he other end of the equation!!
