I am over 70, but still feel like I am just 7. I love to go dancing with my wonderful husband of almost 40 years.Since we have never earned a lot of money, we have learned to take care of what we have. We live in the mountains in north georgia in a big beautiful house that my husband build and it is mortgage free. Now I am trying to save so my "younger" husband can retire someday.
DH is home and I had to turn on the heat. It is hard to take a shower when it is this cold in the house. It has been a cold, blustery day, but I did not spend a dime today!
It was a fairly nice day today here in Oregon. A slight wind...but still warm enough to hang clothes...although they took most of the day to dry. I have kept a fire going all day to keep the house over 60.
The snow has been flirting with us for the past week or so. A little here, a little there, but nothing that's stuck so far. Not ready for it! I hate driving on these hills with snow on the roads.
