I am over 70, but still feel like I am just 7. I love to go dancing with my wonderful husband of almost 40 years.Since we have never earned a lot of money, we have learned to take care of what we have. We live in the mountains in north georgia in a big beautiful house that my husband build and it is mortgage free. Now I am trying to save so my "younger" husband can retire someday.
I have no idea, but what I have experience is that some companies prefer one over the other. Go figure...I do know one thing is that I am working on paying down and getting out of debt while cleaning up my credit
My experince has been that the only credit score that counts is the one that whoever is looking it up looks at. Not all banks/loan companies/etc look at all three agencies, not all companies report to all three agencies. So it's possible to have a different score at each agency.
Perhaps the author of the article was doing business with someone who only looked at Equifax.
Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but as far as I know they are all three still valid.
