I am mad!!

We are just starting to build for a guy we have known a few years. He has heard me complain about having to beg for money to pay for bills. He said "money will never be a problem with me"
I asked for money last Tuesday. Today, we paid several bills for a concrete pour. My husband asked him again. Still no money. so I am $3000 in the hole right now. I am writing him a letter today!!

    Did you guys not get a deposit before you started the job? Never deal with family or friends when it comes to business. My dad rents to an old family friend who never has her rent mony on time it's only $173.00 a month (she gets helo from the state). I would not do anything else unless payment is received. Good luck

    He hs the money, he is just "cheap". I have written him a letter, telling him it is not my intention to build his house, with my money!
