Drum roll please!!

August 2nd, 2006 at 10:48 pm

I could not think of anyway to get the $10 I need to get to $10,000. I am in a no spend week so i can't save anything on sales. No checks came in the mail today, but my phone bill did. I checked and I have $40 more than I need in that envelope.

So............
Prev. total $9990.00
today 40.00
new total $10030.00

Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"And the checkered flag comes down as she crosses the finish line!"

Congratulations, Julie. That's really extraordinary and a testament to your ingenuity.

please notice, although I have saved over $10,000 this year, I put it in my savings account every few weeks, but once a month, I take it out. I am making payments on my land debt. I bought a beautiful piece of property with a view of brass town bald, the highest peak in Georgia. I owed $64,000 on Jan. 1, 2005 and my debt is now down to $25,000. That is what my challenge money is for!!
