I did not make my liquor run to Murphy, N.C. this week. I stocked up last week. We just had a vote to allow liquor to be sold by the glass last week in restaurants; it lost by 49 votes.
Anytime you want hard liquor, wine or beer, you have to drive to anothe county. The frustrating thing is, you can't buy all 3 in one county, you have to go to N.C. for liquor, but to a county in Ga. to buy beer!
Anyway, I figured that I saved 2 gallons of gas, plus my 30 minutes of walking, gives me $6 plus $1 for my challenge money.

Ive always wondered. You say you order a coke with dinner then mix your own liquor in, but since most resteraunts serve cokes in giant glasses, how do you get a proper mix?
