Please take a moment to think about those who died on September 11, 2001. That was 6 years ago today. I am sure you remember where you were and what you were doing when you heard the terrible news.

    Yes, I don't think that any of us shoud forget that day. It was the day that our innocense as a country was taken away.

    It was my daughter's first week of kindergarten. Turned on the tv after she got on the school bus and spent the rest of the day (well, week, or maybe even month, really) feeling numb. The thing that sticks in my head the most is that every single TV station was carrying the coverage, including Nickolodean, Lifetime and Cartoon Network. It impacted all of them as it impacted all of us. I'm jaded enough to think that if the same thing happened today the coverage would not have been so complete. You know what my local paper had today? Not one article in rememberance. Just the political cartoon referenced it. How soon they forget.
