Still no word from Vanguard

I still have not heard back from Vanguard as to why they blocked on line access to my account with them. It is my IRA account. I called again this morning and was told someone would call me back this week.

I feel a little better because I am now able to access my account with the tele phone line. My account is still there. I could not access it last Friday and that had me upset. I will keep you posted as to what the problem is when I find out.

    I would feel better about being able to tell the account is there by phone. I hope they call you VERY soon!

    I hope you get it all straightened out soon. I'm a bit surprised that Vanguard said they'd call you back "this week" instead of "today."

    I am too, When I called Friday, they said they would call me back right away. Now it is Tuesday and still no word.
