Good interest rate is coming to an end.

I opened 3 checking accounts last summer, one for business, one for personal and one for local savings. They all promised a rate of 3.1% til the end of June 2009. Well, that is fast approaching, and I wonder what the rate will drop to? Heck, it is even hard to find 2.5% on a good c.d.
I am sitting on a lot of cash waiting til the housing market picks up, so I don't know what I will do.
I did get a good deal on ragu spagetti sauce this morning. Bi Lo had it for 99 cents a year, so I bought 4 and saved a least $4. Plus the braves came from behind to win yesterday, so I have $5 more to add to the challenge.

    you always have the great rates. I remember that your checking account (checking account!) pays something like, 4% interest. My Savings account pays .05% interest. I am jealous. but wish you luck with the rates.

    Our good CD rate just rolled over to something like half of what it was. Boo-hiss!

    Ya even i am getting lowest interest rate than you. So which bank is this who is giving such nice interest.
