   They said they would not give me that rate for new money. They said they are making very little percentage on their loans!! I was almost crying for them. (lol)

   I got that rate for a year. I also got the same rate at another bank for a year!!

    That was really a probably good move. We can only imagine how low these rates could go. That might look good in year or so.
