chihuahua for lunch??

We just had a luncheon for our local town forum, blairsville.com. Everyone wanted mexican except me. I eat plain food, that is all. They all assured me that the mexican place had hamburgers.

Well, the did, for kids under 12. But I persisited and they brought me one, wrapped in tinfoil. I swear they went to McDonald's, got a kids happy meal and gave me the tiny burger.

We were all kidding about what kind of meat they would use for the hamburger, chihuahua maybe?? Anyway, it was not good and I had to pay $3.50 for it.

But I had a great time and met some very nice new people, so it was worth it.

    next time, try some quezadillas instead (just melted cheese in tortillas...most places will let you choose whether you want corn or flour tortillas)...ask for the sauce to be on the side ....

    Oh, I love quesadillas! They're great, especially for people who aren't really into Mexican food. Chihuahua burger...okay, now that's sick..but funny! Wink

    I like the chicken and cheese quesadillas, they are very mild and very good. Gee, now I want Mexican food. Guess I'll make quesadillas tomorrow.

    at least it wasnt McDonalds burger. Next time maybe you should suggest a place for lunch.

    My teenager used to no teat mexican or chinese- now he loves it. They don't have much either, in line of normal foods.
