What is with this weather??

It is mid january and it is in the sixties right now. I know that Georgia is a southern state, but where we live, the weather is comparable to Maine. We don't get as much snow, but it gets really cold here. We are in the mountains and our county is the highest peak in the states.
I am not complaining tho. It is nice that the heat does not have to run all the time. right now it is warmed outside than it is inside the house.
I checked on my propane usage yesterday. We have used about 200 gallons in the past 3 months which is not too bad.

    We, too, have had a mild winter in Indiana, though today is a little cold -- not below freezing, though! It's been weird.

    Thank the good Lord it has been warm here in southern Ohio as my Duke bill arrived this week to the tune of $538.00. Since they had guestimated for two months I had over paid their cost. I read the numbers myself to bring me up to date and phoned. I hope my vision was out of whack but the bill is staggering. There goes the childrens inheiritance !

    The high in Northern Colorado for the past three days, is the current 14 degrees, and we have received several feet (plus) of snow in the past three weeks. This is the fourth weekend, in a row, that is has snowed. I would gladly send it east, south, whatever!
    I am dreading the power bill! They haven't been able to come and read the meter, due to the snow, so by the time they get here, it will be a wopper!
    Enjoy the mild weather.

    We have had spring all winter. We are getting freezing temps and sleet now (cold weather moving to the east, look out Georgia and Ohio!) but next week it is supposed to pop back up to spring again!!

    We hit 82 today here in southwest Florida. Though it is a bit overcast. It's bad enough I'm broke. I couldn't be cold too!

    Michigan has been having extremely mild weather. This is the first year in, I can't remember when, that our lakes have not been frozen over. We did, however, get a small ice storm come through last night, but I can still see some green grass.
